Pie Iron Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients for 2 Servings

● 2 slices of white bread

● 1 tbsp butter or oil

● 5 small slices pepperoni salami

● 1 tbsp tomato sauce (for pasta or pizza)

● 2 tbsp grated cheese

Cooking Time: 10-12 minutes

Method

Prepare your coal fire and grease your pie iron with butter.

Layer the base slice of bread with the tomato sauce and the pepperoni. Top with cheese and finish with the top slice.

Close your pie iron and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
